Ingredients for the cups:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup semolina
1 tbs roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
1 tsp chili powderr salt
1 tbs butter
1/2 cup curd/yogurt
Directions :
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to form a soft dough. Using a rolling pin, roll it into a thin layer. Then, use a cookie cutter or a knife to make 2 inch squares sheets. Grease the muffin pans with little oil and press down the square sheets into the pockets. it at 375 F for 15 mins. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before you take them out.
Ingredients for the filling:
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 cup finely chopped green apple
1 tbs finely chopped cilantro
white head less shrimp, one for each cup (keep the shrimp tail)
1 tsp dry parley leaves
salt
pepper
Directions :
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, pepper and dry parley leaves. Line the shrimps in a baking pan and roast them for 10 minutes at 400 F. In another bowl, mix pineapple, green apple and cilantro with some salt and pepper. Pour a spoon of salad mix into the cup and then, place the shrimp on top.
