Ingredients: Serves 1
- 100 g. smoked salmon
- 2 big oranges or (3 medium), peeled & sliced (depending on how much you can eat really)
- 1/4 - 1/2 pomegranate
- 1/4 mild onion, sliced
- extra virgin olive oil
- fennel leaves (or parsley, chives, etc.), chopped
- salt
- pepper
- Place the smoked salmon on the plate.
- Follow with the sliced oranges, onions & pomegranate.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with fennel leaves, salt & pepper.
